Tenant advisory board to further promote tenant-landlord relations in the spirit of partnership
GAGFAH has established a tenant advisory board in order to further promote the tenant-landlord relations in the spirit of partnership. The mutual exchange of information and the joint consultations will help strike a balance between continuously improving the quality of living for the tenants and the economic interests and legal obligations of the landlord. All members of the tenant advisory board are volunteers and will be appointed from among the tenant community.
The tenant advisory board will work in all areas that affect the general interest of the tenants. This includes, among other things, the maintenance and expanding of green areas, pathways, and playgrounds in the dwellings of the GAGFAH GROUP as well as the cleaning of properties, the house rules and the promotion of neighborly relations especially between younger and older generations.

The tenant advisory board will hold regular meetings to consult on the proposals and inquiries brought forth by tenants.
The activities of the tenant advisory board will be reported regularly in the publications of GAGFAH. The tenant advisory board is a board only. There are no local contact persons.
